Mona Elementary 1st Grade Teacher Named Teacher of the Year for School and District
Mona, UT – May, 2025 — Mona Elementary is proud to announce that Mrs. Vance has been named Teacher of the Year for both Mona Elementary School and the Juab School District. This prestigious honor recognizes her exceptional dedication to students, innovative teaching practices, and the positive impact she has made within the school community.
Mrs. Vance has been teaching at Mona Elementary for 6 years, where she has built a reputation for creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Her enthusiasm for early education, commitment to student success, and passion for lifelong learning have made her a favorite among students, parents, and colleagues alike.

As the Juab School District Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Vance will go on to represent the district at the Utah Teacher of the Year level, competing alongside outstanding educators from across the state.
