Superintendent's Message: October 2022

Dear JuabSD Families,

As we approach the end of the first quarter, we have an opportunity to reflect on the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year. We welcomed back a large number of students and opened our doors to new families and programs in each of our school buildings. Parent nights were well attended, which aided in having a smooth start to the school year.

I want to give a big shout-out to our fantastic teachers and staff members who have taken up the mantel of being a CHAMPION for kids. Across the district, all staff members strive to teach students what it means to be Respectful, Accountable, Motivated, Safe, and Successful in and outside the classroom. Whether on the field with a sports team, growing and developing in programs and extended areas, or stretching to increase knowledge and skill in the classroom, we emphasize continuous improvement as we strive toward our mission of Empowering our students to discover and pursue their dreams.

I believe the Juab School District's reputation as a leader in quality education in Utah is evident every day, and I am proud to be the Superintendent of JuabSD.
