Travel Tracker

A new field trip and activity bus scheduling program called the Travel Tracker is implemented for all trips beginning January 15th, 2024. If you have already submitted a trip request on the old system before the 15th you will not need to resubmit. The internet-based system gives you access anytime from a web browser. Teachers can now enter their field trip requests, eliminating paper and allowing them to follow their field trip requests through the approval process. Coaches will ensure their buses for athletic contests have been scheduled, as they can view this information on a trip calendar. They will immediately see all their trip requests on a system-wide trip calendar. It also emails child nutrition contacts to notify them if they will be out of school over lunch or if bagged lunches are needed.

Please register with the Travel Tracker application at your earliest convenience. 

Users must register by entering their school email address to access the system. Click on the link above and look for the New Registration link to take new users to the registration tab. When your registration is submitted, you will receive an email that contains a link you must click to activate your registration. You should receive this email within 30 minutes of your registration. If you don't, please check your spam. Your email address will be your login.

To make the transition smooth, we have provided a link to our training video for requesters (found below) regarding requesting a trip and viewing your existing requests. After watching the training video, please get in touch with Desma Cassidy in the Transportation Department if you need additional help.
